Property is a theft, said J.-J. Rousseau. It’s a questionable opinion. Intellectual property protection provokes concerns about it. Freedom of idea and the right to access it is a basic human right. Whether members of society should have an access to ideas of others? No doubts, freedom must be limited to the extent that we do not harm others by our own action. It raises a question how far the ownership of authors and inventors should go and where the right of society to use their works and inventions should start.
